PHP at FrOSCon - Call for papers!

:Description:
    The FrOSCon (Free and open source conference) is an event organized by the
    faculty for Computer Science of the college of higher education
    Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (**24./25. Juni 2006**). The PHP usergroups Köln-Bonn and
    Dortmund will organize a PHP room under the hood of the FrOSCon. This will
    give all PHP enthusiasts a meeting place and allows us to have a special
    PHP talk track during the 2 day conference.
