PEPr production delayed...

    The official introduction of PEPr for PEAR will be delayed again for some
    time. I proposed a patch to add a new Karma-Level for PEPr-only-users on
    pearweb, which now has to be tested. That's just a very small piece of
    change in the PEAR granting system, so I hope to be enabled to commit them
    soon.
