RoR does not scale?
It's interessting to see more people abandoning Ruby on Rails. Not that I have something against Ruby itself, but it really seems to me that RoR does not scale. Hope Twitter tries with PHP. ;)

Gee, TechCrunch? This is a hoax and not at all worth linking to. Also, there's not much that would help Twitter with switching languages. The website is not the bottleneck.

Switching the language would not help, no. However, switching the framework possibly would. :)
