My friend Wolfgang, the maintainer of the largest German PHP community website dynamic-webpages.de, just relaunched his new design. I like it very much and it looks really neat! :)

"the largest German PHP community website"
Link to commentOn which statistics is this information based? By looking at the website it seems that there are quite a few bigger German PHP communities.
Toby
It is the "largest" German community, because I state it like this. :) You remember, this is a weblog, and I'm stating my personal opinion here. :)
Link to commentAnyway, DWP is "one of the largest German speaking community sites" and "I personally" consider the page the largest one.
Michael
i.e. which ones?

What do you mean by "whixh ones"? In respect to PHP itself I only know "phpbar.de". Do you know any more?

Well, i guess it depends on how you define a "community website" an on how you measure it's size. Personally, i would say that a community website needs a large Board as i wouldn't count a mailinglist / newsgroup as part of a website. I would say php-resource.de is the biggest German PHP community site. It has the largest and most active German PHP-Board (~40k users, ~70k topics with ~500k posts) and also has all the other things like tutorials and a script archive.
Link to commentSimilar pages are php-homepage.de (no detailed statistics, but also looks big) and maybe even phpforum.de (~25k Users ~60k threads ~340k posts), but this one doesn't have a script-archive.
But of course, size is not all that matters (at least for a community ;).

Well, aren't you forgetting PHP-Center.de there :-)?
Link to commentThere also was a fourth German PHP portal, whose name I happen to have forgotten and which I haven't heard anything about in quite some time, so it's probably not even around anymore...
